March 2nd 2020 has brought some new changes to our Residential Tenancies Act with regards to Pets in Rental Properties.
As a landlord you can no long just say; “No sorry, I do not want a pet in my investment!” Do Rental Providers (the new term for landlords) like this – I imagine not always but please don’t shoot the messenger (AKA your property management team).
